In using this calculator you hereby certify and indemnify to the owners of this program that you are not aware of any legal action or environmental event that can or will affect the Business being valued, either now or in the future.

You acknowledge that the values expressed in this program are unencumbered values and that any loans, hire purchase, leasehold or debts are your responsibility and will need to be settled or deducted accordingly. You indemnify the owners of this program against any claim whatsoever for the misuse of this program and incorrect data entry of any type.

This Certificate of Value is a guide only but should place you within the area of probability. It is highly recommended that you instruct a recognised and qualified valuer to value both tangible and intangible assets before proceeding in any direction.
